CHRO Circle

Enabling CHROs to build resilient organizations

CHROs are under immense pressure today. A perfect storm of issues rests at your feet – from talent attraction and retention to the future of work in an increasingly digitized world.

The role of the CHRO has changed dramatically in recent years. Boards are increasingly seeing HR matters as critical, and there is mounting pressure on CHROs to tackle a myriad of new challenges and to excel. As a former CHRO that has felt this pressure first hand, I believe this important stakeholder is increasingly in need of a safe space to interact with industry peers, grow their knowledge base, and work together to solve collective challenges.

Underpinned by leading academic research and facilitated by IMD faculty chairs, the CHRO Circle aims to create an environment for open and honest conversation to equip you with the tools you need to build resilient organizations. The Circle engagements seek to better understand how to meet the changing needs of a new generation while navigating the broader issues of digitization: AI, sustainability and equity, inclusion and diversity.
