Chief Technology and Customer Experience Officer
As Chief Technology and Customer Experience Officer, Louis Leclezio oversees IMD’s technology, operations and marketing. He is primarily responsible for enhancing customer and employee experience through digital transformation. Under his leadership, IMD has expanded its technology-enabled pedagogical innovation, ensuring these are strongly embedded and perfectly supported by IMD’s IT infrastructure.
Louis was previously IMD where he held leadership roles in IT from 1997-2008. From 2008, he spent 11 years at Bunge, a leader in agribusiness, food and ingredients, with more than 20,000 employees in 40 countries. He successfully defined the global IT strategy and roadmap as well as led the company’s IT & data transformation programs.
He led a multicultural team successfully implementing process automation, enabling integration and the harmonization of business units. Louis is a graduate of Gonzaga University in the US and is an IMD alumnus.
Louis is a South African and Swiss national, and he is fluent in English and French.
