Mandiri Corporate University, as a part of Bank Mandiri announces a partnership to work closely with IMD business school to conduct a Leadership Seminar under the theme “High Performance Leadership & Communication.” The joint seminar takes place at the Fairmont Hotel Ballroom in Jakarta and welcomes participants and top executives coming from various institutions such as governments, state-owned as well as renowned private companies, academicians/scholars, and mass-media.
The objective of the seminar is to provide insight on the mindsets needed for high-performance leadership, as well as to uncover the qualities that are usually attached to high-performance leaders. Through this seminar, participants will be inspired to start thinking about their own personal leadership and to take steps to develop it.
