How to connect your digital strategy with your data analytics

5 days experiential learning at IMD

Offering you a hands-on, fully experiential approach, you will start by studying diverse strategy frameworks such as platforms, and learn how they require different analytic models and strategies.  You will see how the findings you infer have a fundamental impact on your strategy choices.

Discover the latest analytic tools

You will be introduced to the latest analytic tools and practise data visualization exercises which you can quickly apply to your own data. You will identify if your organization has appropriate data to integrate Artificial Intelligence and how to set up a feedback loop for automatic learning and improvement.

You will leave the program with the knowledge and frameworks to make your data strategic. You will have a roadmap to turn your company’s strategic models into concrete implementation and with the right data management.

Stress-test your own company’s data strategy in the classroom

The workshop format offers you the chance to bring your own data strategy and put it through the different strategy frameworks, so you can connect deeply to the type of data you need. There will be time allocated to individual and small group discussions in consultation with faculty to identify which strategy and data will enable you to usefully move forward.
