In 2015 IMD’s Learning Leadership program was awarded a Gold Medal, by Brandon Hall consulting, for achieving the best advance in unique learning technology.
Learning Leadership is one of IMD’s Global Leadership in the Cloud programs which provide a blend of online, and in-person learning.
The program is led by George Kohlrieser, a global leadership expert and an award-winning bestselling author.
The entries were evaluated by an international panel of independent industry experts and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts.
The judging was based on design, functionality, usability, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.
Judges praised IMD Learning Leadership for its quality. “The measurable results for this program have been impressive. The personal approach to every learner is what differentiates this program. Learning Leadership’s content is presented in an attractive manner and the exercises focus on challenging real life situations,” they wrote in their assessment.
“Learning Leadership was more than a course. It was a journey for both my professional and personal life,” said recent participant Hichem Khadraoui, Executive at the International Committee of the Red Cross.
“Although it was not a fully face to face course, I made great connections, learned from other participants and gained many insights that I can apply in real business life,” said Christoph Schroeder, Business Manager at Dupont.
