Our history
30-year anniversary conference
2019 marked the 30th anniversary of the IMD World Competitiveness Center.
For the past 30 years, we have spearheaded research on how nations and enterprises compete to lay the foundations for future prosperity.
To reply to this question, we held a high-level conference on October 2019.
We were joined by ambassadors, our partner institutes, and other guests from over 40 countries to discuss the topic of competitiveness: what have we learned, and what are the challenges and areas of significance ahead?
The audience of this unique event included representatives from both the private and the public sectors.
