Fahad Almelafekh

Fahad has 17 years of experience in various industries mostly in healthcare supply chain management. Currently working as an SCM Executive Director at King Fisal Hospital and Research Center. He received his Master of business administration from California State University in Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies in 2011. He is also an IMD AMP 2020 graduate.

Fahad has an engineering background and 14 years of experience in FMCG & investment. His career journey has started in Danone and currently a director at the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Mr. Alsalem joined IMD in 2019 through the Foundation of Business Leadership (FBL).

Seif Shieshakly

Seif started his career in 2004 with Abdul Latif Jameel Co.Ltd. He then transferred to Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan. His next move was to Porsche Consulting, the Lean Management division of Porsche AG, Germany. In 2009 he attained his MBA and in 2010, Seif co-founded Four Principles, a Lean management consultancy.
