      IMD Alumni Club of Norway invites Alumni and guests to hear CEO Espen B. Høiby speak about OSM Aviation’s journey from being a Norwegian startup to becoming a global disruptor with more than 6.000 employees. Serving airlines and air crews with better training, employment and career opportunities than the airlines.

      Mr Høiby is a former chief pilot, IMD MBA and serial entrepreneur. He has passion for flying, innovation and people and embraces the need to constantly challenge the status quo in order to be in the forefront of creating solutions for the future of the aviation industry.
