Every two years, IMD organizes a major alumni weekend get together at our headquarters in Lausanne. Here you have the opportunity to see the long-term vision we have for our alumni – a vision centered on your own success and personal progress. We select topics and keynote speakers to ensure lively discussions. And we plan meals and evenings to support a relaxed and stimulating learning and networking environment.

This year's Biennial International Alumni Event will be held on September 28 (as of 17:00) & September 29 (throughout dinner), 2012.

The theme will be: Return to the Fundamentals: Customers & Cash, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Leadership & You.

Through uncertain times there are very few things that are sure, but leadership, and having the courage to lead, is guaranteed to produce far better results than standing by, watching and waiting for the world to become a better place.

Returning to the fundamentals does not necessarily mean the basics - you know these already - but rather making sure that the fundamentals of your business are solid, better than the competition at delivering value to customers and cash to you. And this requires entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership.
