Jialu Shan is a research fellow, her primary areas of interest are digital transformation and digital business models, as well as technological innovation, with a particular focus on Asian market. She obtained her PhD degree in Economics (management) from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne (HEC, Lausanne) in 2012.

Angelo Boutalikakis is a research associate at the Center for Future Readiness at IMD and a doctoral candidate at the University of Passau. After obtaining a B.A. and an M.A. in Quantitative Economics from the University of St. Gallen, he started as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on digitalization and consumer goods businesses.
