Howard Yu is the LEGO professor of management and innovation and the director of the center for future readiness. He is the author of LEAP: How to Thrive in a World Where Everything Can Be Copied (PublicAffairs; June 2018).

Jialu Shan is a research fellow, her primary areas of interest are digital transformation and digital business models, as well as technological innovation, with a particular focus on Asian market. She obtained her PhD degree in Economics (management) from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne (HEC, Lausanne) in 2012.
Lawrence Tempel graduated with a Master's degree in International Business and is now a research assistant at IMD's Center for Future Readiness. His interests for innovation, future trends and analytics drives his everyday work at the center.
Iulia Calota has finished her bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management at École hôtelière de Lausanne in 2020 and joined the team in the same year. Her passion for business fundamentals and analytics is applied to various subjects undertaken as a Research Assistant Intern.
