The war for talent remains a dominant narrative. Yet there has never been a generational cohort as diverse, as educated and as extensive as that of today. At IMD, we believe that the conversation around talent has to change. We believe there is an acute imperative to challenge the way that we think about talent, and to construct new ideas and approaches to developing transformational talent and dynamic capabilities through an analytical lens.

The IMD Strategic Talent Solutions Initiative convenes a wealth of critical thinkers, practitioners, experts from industry and academia, from IMD and beyond into one dedicated ecosystem: a center of gravity committed to changing the dialogue on talent in the 21st century. It is our mission to challenge dogma and to forge new perspectives, and to empower the kinds of talent that can truly transform organizations, while continuously transforming itself.
