In June 2011, 480 executives gathered at IMD for the week-long Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP). The OWP program stimulates participants by challenging beliefs and existing practices. It provides a platform for the exchange of insights on global trends and how these will impact organizations and individuals in the future.
