Case Study

Fiat and Peugeot's Sevelnord venture (C): The situation

2 pages
May 1996
Reference: IMD-3-0647

The final part in this series (case C) describes the situation of SEVELNORD a few years after it began production in July 1994. It provides the basis for a discussion comparing the outcome of the participants’ negotiations to the actual outcome. Further lessons may then be drawn. Note: It is also possible to use only the A and C cases, skipping the negotiation exercise.
