During the economic crisis, the board of NorgeRims, an automotive supplier, finds itself in a difficult situation. On the one hand the company is facing bankruptcy due to the economic crisis that depleted its cash reserves; on the other hand the board itself is in a crisis as its members have split into two factions. The chairman must find a way to reconcile the positions and keep the company from drowning.
