Søren Skou has been described as one of the most influential individuals in the international shipping industry. In almost 40 years at Maersk, he’s seen many ups and downs, but perhaps none bigger than the coronavirus pandemic.
As the CEO of a global shipping powerhouse, and a graduate of the IMD business school, Soren has gained more than a few insights in to the business world. This week, he tells IMD President Jean-François Manzoni about the digital workplace, and keeping up with changing customer demands.
