Tawfik Jelassi is Assistant Director-General at UNESCO, in charge of communication and information. He was previously Professor of Strategy and Technology Management at IMD. Before that, he served as Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Information and Communication Technologies in the democratic transition government of Tunisia.
