Ronit Kark is a professor of leadership and organization studies at Bar-Ilan University, Israel and at the School of Business, Exeter University, UK. She founded in BIU the Gender in the Field graduate program for social activism. She is a Senior Editor of the Leadership Quarterly and received the Academy of Management Award for Scholarly Contributions to Advancing Women in Leadership. Ronit studies leadership and its interplay with gender, creativity, identities at work and play.
