The challenge

Jules is VP of a global team that spans India, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Although Jules is a veteran of the organization and has led multiple teams in the past, this is a new challenge. Team members are in different geographies and time zones and work in different markets and cultures. What’s more, the performance of this team has declined in recent months, and Jules’ appointment comes with a certain degree of scrutiny and expectation around enhanced productivity.
