The B-case focuses on quality management challenges faced by Nestli. The case investigates potentially vulnerable areas of Nestli’s supply chain. It describes Nestli’s proactive approach in trying to identify its challenges and further improving its performance. The case presents four parts of the organization, each facing very different challenges ranging from traceability and manufacturing efficiency to managing diverse customers. The case builds on the examples presented in the A-case allowing participants to continue the discussion and take it further with a specific company example and its challenges.
