Cyril Bouquet

Cyril Bouquet helps organizations reinvent themselves by letting their top executives explore the future they want to create together. He pioneered the mega dive approach to orchestrating discussions for big groups of executives, which has been successfully implemented on a number of other programs at IMD (such as EDF and Stora Enso).

Salvatore Cantale

Salvatore Cantale is Professor of Finance at IMD. His major research and consulting interests are in value creation, valuation, and the way in which corporations structure liabilities and choose financing options. Additionally, he is interested in the relation between finance and leadership, and in the leadership role of the finance function.

Arnaud Chevallier

Arnaud Chevallier is Professor of Strategy at IMD. Arnaud’s research, teaching, and consulting on strategic thinking bridges disciplines to provide concrete tools to improve decision-making and corporate problem solving. Ralf Seifert

Ralf W. Seifert is Professor of Operations Management at IMD. His primary research and teaching interests relate to operations management, supply chain strategy and technology management. He has also worked on industry analysis, competitive strategy and new venture formation.

Ina Toegel

Ina Toegel is Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at IMD. Her teaching activities invoke experiential learning and focus on a range of topics - from leading self and leading high-performance teams, to emotion management and leading organizational change.

Howard Yu

Howard Yu is the LEGO® Professor of Management and Innovation. He is the author of the award-winning book LEAP: How to Thrive in a World Where Everything Can Be Copied. In 2015, Professor Yu was selected by Poets&Quants as one of "The World's Top 40 Business Professors Under 40".
