IMD figures prominently in the Case Centre’s bestselling authors

Figures released for 2015-2016 show the impact of IMD’s thought leadership

For the first time, the Case Centre has compiled a list of its top 40 bestselling authors. The figures for the 2015-2016 academic year place a number of IMD faculty members among the list of influential business thinkers.

The following IMD authors are among the Case Centre’s bestselling authors:

# 4 – Kamran Kashani, Professor of Marketing and Global Strategy

# 19 – Benoit Leleux, Stephan Schmidheiny Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance

# 24 – Peter Killing, Professor of Strategy

# 27 – Nirmalya Kumar, former IMD Professor (awarded for a combination of LBS and IMD cases)

# 33 – Dominique Turpin, outgoing IMD President and Nestlé Professor

# 36 – Wolfgang Ulaga, former IMD Professor (a combination of ESCP Europe, HEC Paris and IMD cases)

# 40 – Jean-Francois Manzoni, incoming IMD President and Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development (for a combination of INSEAD and IMD cases)

The Case Centre is the most prestigious case method resource for business education worldwide. It holds the world’s largest and most diverse collection of management cases, articles, book chapters and teaching materials.

“IMD’s standing among the list of the Case Centre’s top-selling author’s is a testament to its Professors’ impact, not only among managerial practitioners, but also how the school has shaped other academic institutions and their curriculums,” says IMD President Dominque Turpin.
