Jackie is a versatile and experienced business leader with an international and diverse career track record. She has held senior executive positions with leading companies in banking, corporate affairs, executive recruitment and leadership development across four continents – Europe, Asia, North and South America.

Jackie is currently CEO of Temasek Management Services (TMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. TMS is engaged in Leadership Development, Leadership Forums and Corporate Governance Thought Leadership initiatives through its various subsidiary entities. TMS also provides a full suite of IT and Corporate Services to business organisations to support their growth in a competitive landscape.

Previously a senior partner with Egon Zehnder International, Jackie was the Asia Pacific leader of their Financial Services Practice, as well as the global head of their Sovereign Wealth Fund Practice. In her earlier career, Jackie was an Investment Banker with Bank of America and Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now JP Morgan Chase) in Hong Kong and New York, and subsequently held senior executive positions in Marketing/Public Relations and Corporate Affairs with Hill and Knowlton and Whirlpool Corporation in Europe and Asia respectively. She was also the CEO of Temasek Trust, the philanthropic arm of Temasek Holdings from 2011-2016.

Jackie is a board member of both the IMD Foundation and Supervisory Boards, the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), Trusted Services Pte Ltd (TSPL), the Singapore Technologies Endowment Programme (STEP), and the Singapore Millennium Foundation (SMF). She is also a member of the International Advisory Council at the Stanford University Rock Centre for Corporate Governance. She was previously a board member of the Lien Centre for Social Innovation; Design for Smart Growth; Trusted Board; and the Stewardship Asia Center respectively.
