Day 1 of the 5th Reinventing Luxury Lab focuses on aligning an environmentally and socially responsible strategy with a clear brand purpose. 

Participants will also deep dive into the ‘how to’ of a sustainability transformation, applying creative, strategic, operational and financial lenses in the process.

Day 2 kicks off with a focus on another key aspect of sustainability: strategic agility with a focus on the renewal of business models. 

Day 2 concludes with the Leadership Lab where participants learn to be and communicate as authentic leaders.
