Based on the research of Professor Shlomo Ben-Hur and Nik Kinley, this five-week program focuses on helping maximize your impact as a modern leader by creating an organizational culture in which your employees can thrive. You’ll learn how to create and implement a Leadership Operating System (OS) a new approach to leadership built on trust, clarity, and momentum that will enable you to motivate people and set the tone for organizational culture and performance.
