Meet your program director, Nuno Fernandes
Nuno Fernandes is a specialist on international financial markets, portfolio management and emerging market risks. He advises senior executives, companies and financial institutions in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East in formulating winning financial strategies, global portfolio management, international valuations, M&As, risk management and emerging market investments. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the World Economic Forum (Initiative on Asset Price Dynamics).
His current research focuses on financing choices of emerging market companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds, corporate governance and executive compensation, and the effects of cross-listings in foreign exchanges.
He has published in the leading journals worldwide, including the Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, and the Journal of Portfolio Management. He speaks at business conferences in Asia, Europe and North America, and is a regular contributor to the business press worldwide, including the Financial Times and Wall Street Journal.
