An IMD masterclass on plugging the value gap
Have you ever heard a statement like this within your firm: “We have great products and services, we know they are markedly better than competition, but our customers do not seem to appreciate and value the difference”? In this session, Professors Didier Bonnet and Frédéric Dalsace will logically decompose the value gap into four types of leakages: delivery, relevance, execution and efficiency gaps. We will explore and discuss each part, and will see in particular how digital technology and AI can help your organization to capture these sources of value.
