Mobilizing People is much more than a program; it’s a deep reset. Over an intense nine-day stretch, on IMD’s campus in Lausanne, Switzerland, and in the Swiss Alps, you’ll:
- Step into tough, unscripted situations – real-life leadership labs – that show you exactly how your words and behavior land with others.
- Take advantage of slow-down spaces. Between exercises, you’ll pause, unpack what just happened, and identify the triggers behind your reactions.
- Explore the inner and outer games. One dives into self-awareness and authenticity, the other into rallying people around a goal. Together, they form a toolkit you’ll find very useful.
