Artificial intelligence (AI), unsurprisingly, was front-and-center at this year’s OWP. In typical IMD fashion, understanding the domain is only the start of the learning process, which involves practical application to bring meaning and impact. Participants could explore how fun and creative generative AI can be with access to a plugin connected to OpenAI’s Dall-E 2. They were then invited to share their key takeaways in the format of text-to-image prompts. The result? A virtual AI-generated art gallery illustrating what OWP 2023 meant to participants.
