Where we’ve come from and where we’re heading
In many regions across the globe, the LGBTQ+ community has successfully fought for equal rights over the past decades. Also in the corporate world, the visibility of the LGBTQ+ community has increased, company policies have adapted, and networks have been formed. Yet, in light of the current socio-political turmoil, this progress might be under threat.
To discuss “where we’ve come from and where we’re heading”, IMD and the IMD Inclusive Leadership Community invite you to join a panel discussion on the current socio-political situation, what it implies for the LGBTQ+ community in a professional setting, and what the situation in different regions (Asia, the Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, etc.) looks like currently. Moreover, we also want to explore what it means to be an ally in current times.
Format: To allow a broad and inclusive participation, this is an online-only event. In addition to the panel discussion, there will be break-out sessions for participants to join the discussion.
Organizers: IMD Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative and the IMD Inclusive Leadership Alumni Community.
Please note, this event will not be recorded.
