Patricio has over 18 years of diverse experience within the areas of Business Design & Innovation, Financial Services (Capital Markets, FX), IT Consulting and Digital Transformation.
His experience span from Wall Street Investment Banks to Emerging Markets SME's including: Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Barclays Capital to Tech startups, identifying new opportunities that has driven business development and addressed business models (and challenges) through prototyping and testing.
Patricio has worked with sponsor/stakeholders and product managers to design systems automating functionality and streamlining processes, and has created, managed new Digital Customer Experience (DCX) for organizations to adapt & develop digital blueprint and evolve the business models, with technology on its forefront.

Jason Kaplan
Committee Member

MBA (2003)

Jason has 12 years of experience in consulting and business development in metal commodities - especially nickel, cobalt and the rare earths. His primary focus is always on assisting clients understand the opportunities and risks of volatile commodities. Previously he worked in management consultancy and sales.

He has chaired and presented at numerous conferences around the world, been interviewed on live TV and radio for the media, including the BBC, CNBC and Reuters, and has been quoted in many publications, such as the FT, Bloomberg and Metal Bulletin/AMM.

Jason enjoys walking, especially in the Scottish mountains, and developing his sideline in chocolate and confectionary making.


Harry Mann

Shell company programme (2003)

After graduating from Cambridge in Chemistry, most of Harry's working life has been spent in Finance in the oil, gas and chemicals industries, first with Shell and then BG. This work took him to live in various locations including Oman and Thailand. He has also worked for a multi-national mining company and as the Chief Operating Officer of an events and consulting company specialising in the future of the workplace. Outside of work he has a strong interest in sport of all kinds, especially tennis, skiing and cycling.


Andy Rogers KSG KMCO PDSA

After a career of 38 years with the Bank or Ireland, Andy Rogers is now principal of Rogers Associates Ltd, a consultancy providing both strategic advice and mentoring support at board level to many European companies. He is a non-executive director of several companies, and holds senior positions in many volunteer sector organisations (usually with Irish connections) ranging from Youth Orchestra to Irish Festivals. Andy holds a first class honours degree in Business Studies and a Master's degree from Trinity College, Dublin. He was a member of the Foundation Board of IMD, Lausanne 2003 to 2006 and is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Reform Club and plays golf at Moor Park. In 2012, he was awarded the first ever Irish honour, when he was given the Presidential Distinguished Service Award for efforts on behalf of the Irish diaspora.

Paolo Scalco

Working for an international private investment office Paolo is responsible for the group wide execution of strategy and global collaboration. He works alongside senior directors within the business in developing and implementing strategic initiatives with a focus on maximising the efficiency of the group and knowledge sharing. Paolo has over 10 years experience in operational and strategic management in a variety of industries.

He is a sport enthusiast and enjoys time out on the golf course with friends.
