Building Your Future
As of day one of the program, participants are encouraged to leverage IMD's industry and career resources and networks. The process applies a unique career audit methodology that provides a clear cut view on individual skill profiles and gaps and the potential for capturing value from transferable skills.
Participants regularly make use of internal and external career counsellors as well as specific data-base support before entering IMD's MBA mentoring program and showcasing their work at the Navigating the Future Conference, IMD's Executive Briefings or various forms of individual or group-based company engagement. In addition to arranging specific seminars on job search strategies, interviewing and negotiation, IMD Career Services organize panels with international senior HR executives as well as rounds of on-campus career fairs and off campus networking events.
