The Foundation Board
The role of the Foundation Board, which consisted of 54 members as of January 1, 2023, is to provide guidance to, administer, and represent IMD and generally oversee all steps and actions enabling IMD to achieve its objectives.
At their annual meetings in June and November, IMD Foundation Board members approve IMD’s overall strategic direction and financial results and elect the following year’s Foundation and Supervisory board members.
