Leading for Impact
The elea Center for Social Innovation launched this new program in partnership with the elea Foundation for Ethics in Globalization in 2022. Co-directed by elea Professor for Social Innovation Vanina Farber and Professor of Strategy Arnaud Chevallier, it brought together more than 30 impact entrepreneurs and elea Foundation team investors to help the entrepreneurs develop their problem-solving and high-performance leadership skills. Participant Philipp Neub, then COO of microfinance technology company awamo, said the program consisted of insightful, entertaining and interactive sessions on leadership, self-reflection, and team exercises.
