Jean-François Manzoni is Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development and President (Dean) of IMD, where he also serves as the Nestlé Professor. His research, teaching, and consulting activities are focused on leadership, the development of high-performance organizations and corporate governance. The recipient of several awards for excellence in teaching, Jean-François is a frequent keynote speaker. He also performs consulting, top management team support and leadership development work for several international organizations, which has led him to work in more than thirty countries over the years. He is a member of the Human Capital Leadership Institute’s International Advisory Panel and was invited to the 2014 and 2016 World Economic Forum meetings in Davos.

Tawfik Jelassi is Professor of Strategy and Technology Management at IMD. His major research, teaching and consulting interests are the digital transformation of companies and governments as well as leadership in turbulent times. He has been granted several excellence awards for his teaching and research in Europe and the USA, and has received two national decorations from the President of Tunisia: “The Order of merit in the fields of education and science” and “The Order of the Republic”.
