May 2016

23 May 2016 – IMD has once again been ranked by the Financial Times among the very best in the world.

The 2016 ranking places IMD first in open programs, a position the school has held since 2012.

In addition to being number one in open programs, IMD jumped up in all the other major categories. This year IMD improves to second in the combined open and custom program ranking, placing it in the top 3 for the past 5 years. IMD enters the top 5 in the world in custom programs at fourth, going up 2 ranks from last year.

Over the past decade IMD has consistently been among the world’s top business schools in the Financial Times rankings.

“We did it again. We’re extremely proud to be number one in open programs five years running and improving in the other key categories,” said IMD President Dominique Turpin. “Our faculty and staff are dedicated and we focus on providing real impact to participants and clients. It has paid off,” he added.
