Harness the power of AI for your business future

IMD launches new Artificial Intelligence short program as part of its Digital Excellence Diploma
October 2019

Artificial intelligence (AI) is set to create a revolution in business technology. To enable executives to meet this next wave of industry innovation, IMD’s Artificial Intelligence course aims to provide a secure grounding in the opportunities, adoption and ethics of AI.

As part of its Digital Excellence Diploma, the Artificial Intelligence course takes place over 2.5 days at IMD’s Lausanne campus in Switzerland. The program aims to empower non-technical senior executives to address the challenges presented by AI and machine learning within their businesses. It will enable them to demystify AI and gain a strategic advantage for their organizations. It will guide them through the implementation and ethics of AI.

Amit Joshi, program Co-Director said the course would enable executives to “explore how AI will impact your organization, industry, society and ultimately change the future of business.”

Goutam Challagalla, program Co-Director added that a key takeaway for participants will be their ability to go back to their organization and lay out a roadmap where they can deploy AI.

Machine Learning, AI and Deep Learning technologies are changing the way businesses operate. Senior executives will become skilled in the purpose and practices of each technology and able to use that knowledge to enhance opportunities and repurpose strategies to navigate the changing terrain of industry.

The AI course is carefully selected to ensure that a diverse group of peers are able to co-learn with relevant, real-world resources and maximum impact. Participants will have an average of 15 years experience and be at senior management level in their industries. The AI course is scheduled for 5-7 February 2020.
