Setting up the Board is a program about the creation of a true board whether there was no board at all or only a minimum board before.

We provide best practices for creating a board and or transforming one, whether the board has been inactive and intends to become more active.

Many people are at a loss when creating a board, whether it’s in a start-up, or a longstanding family business that has been under the hand of one or two individuals and has not had real, proper governance yet.

On the program, we will look at creating real governance to have a solid board. We will lever our experience of using different case studies of companies that have achieved effective boards and use simulations to equip participants.
