IT Project Coordinator

The Job’s mission

To manage and coordinate a number of complex Business and IT projects simultaneously: in depth collaboration with business stakeholders, define and monitor activities, dependencies and requirements.

Key activities & accountabilities

  • Complete ownership of IT project deliveries, from engaging client relationships to facilitating the hand-over with the IT Support Department
  • Define and manage project governance (benefits, budget, planning, changes, risk, quality and communication)
  • Manage customer relationships, stakeholder involvement and third party supplier(s) at every step
  • Report on project progress, risk assessment and benefits measurement (including escalations and/or change requests when appropriate)
  • Compile and maintain up-to-date detailed project documentation
  • Manage the project portfolio and ensure the project deliverables, including business analysis, testing and validation scenarios, end user training
  • Organize, document and facilitate all project related meetings and collaborate with all levels of business stakeholders from end-user to senior-level
  • Design and maintain basic technical and project documentation, ensure that all the rest of documentation is delivered by the different project team players
  • Follow the IMD project methodology and actively contribute to its development

Ideal profile

  • Master in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PMI-ACP certification or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of experience in an innovative IT environment and managing projects (owning the accountability of the delivery), using Agile/Scrum Project Management methodology
  • Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle in demanding business environments and cross-functional projects using PMO methodologies, managing benefits and related changes
  • Recent experience managing software-as-a-service projects with
  • Experience managing several large enterprise-wide projects
  • Experience working with internal and external (nearshore/offsite) project resources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly in order to meet project deadlines
  • Fluency in English both written and oral, French is a plus
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, open-minded and people-oriented
  • Strong team spirit
