The IMD business school design team are looking for a graphic designer to support them in their operational activities, for an initial 6 months at 60%.
Individuals will be asked to work at IMD’s Lausanne Campus.
He or she will work closely with various teams involved in marketing and communication initiatives, as well as the faculty.
The main responsibility of this role will be to support the redesign and production of the PowerPoint presentations used during IMD programs.
In-between PowerPoint assignments this role will also support other design team deliverables, such as;
Online and print design production supporting IMD teams in marcom activities
Operational production: banners, ads for campaigns, book covers and image retouching for web & print
Fine art or equivalent visual design school (e.g. ECAL, HEAD, ERAG) with specialization in web and graphic design
Software skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Speaks and writes English fluently
We are looking for a talented graduate with a strong portfolio of work, who is looking to gain some industry experience.
Proven experience with the software mentioned above
Proven experience in online and graphical print production
Acute attention to graphical design details
Knowledge of graphic fundamentals
Strong team spirit. Works independently and as part of a united team
Adept at bridging creative solutions serving customers with high expectations
Multi-tasks well and meets tight deadlines
Ability to constantly test ideas, eliminating the non-essential
Flexible, able to work under pressure and communicate priorities within the project’s team
Enthusiastic, positive, dynamic, self-motivated, well organized
Passionate about design
