Daryl Tol

Daryl Tol is Executive Vice President of One Mind, where he leads One Mind at Work, a global movement of business leaders focused on improving psychological safety and mental health in the workplace. During more than 20 years serving as a CEO of hospitals and health systems, he hid his struggle and treatment for an anxiety disorder, learning first-hand the impact of stigma and isolation. He has also seen the positive impact of sharing his story and learned the importance of leadership vulnerability to thriving organizations.
