Participants create a detailed roadmap to navigate this critical, challenging time and successfully implement their leadership transition strategy.

How the program works
The First 90 Days® is a highly-interactive virtual learning journey consists of pre-program, program and post-program elements. The program runs over 3 half-days.
Learning begins with case studies and background reading.
Participants explore The First 90 Days® Transition Roadmap framework and toolkit and apply it. By analyzing their transition challenges and defining their goals (for themselves, their teams and the organization), they design a plan for their next 90 days and identify ways to deliver results immediately. This learning journey is highly interactive, offering case discussions, assessment exercises and peer coaching.
After the program ends, there is an option, for an additional fee, of getting additional coaching to further develop and implement your new hire's plan for the next 90 days. An experienced coach, trained in The First 90 Days® Transition Roadmap framework, and skilled in helping leaders accelerate their transitions, would work with them 1:1 over the next 30 to 60 days.

Throughout the program, participants will take part in wide-ranging and challenging discussions, intensive group projects and live case studies. The program design gives ample opportunities for rich interaction with faculty and among peers.
The First 90 Days® is for leaders who have recently taken on a challenging new role or will shortly do so. For example, they may be joining a new company or business unit, or may have been promoted to a more complex, senior role in their current company. If possible, they should take the program, at the latest, within four months of formally starting their new job.
Enabled by state-of-the-art classroom technology, participants will interact with a truly diverse group of global peers. Their class will become a trusted resource, encourage their learning journey and surprise them in many unanticipated beneficial ways both during and beyond their classroom experience.
