The Changing Role of Leadership in the Current World Context

During this Discovery Event, participants will look at the changes necessary to lead in an increasingly uncertain world, focusing on how to manage one’s own state. In moving from a fixed to a growth mindset, we will explore different ways of knowing, expanding beyond the rational and logical. By expanding our knowing, we adjust our doing – and impact our sense of wellbeing in an ongoing, virtuous cycle.

Drawing from business, sports, neuroscience. and the arts, we will also explore on how to cultivate curiosity, creativity, hope, innovation, and playfulness amidst ongoing ambiguity.
Joined by Pascal Chauvie, who will lead a practice in mindfulness that can be applied in daily life, Dr Goldsworthy will share recent research around how people are managing their energy and the implications for leaders and organizations to reflect on the stories we live by and how to create a secure-base-space where leaders create the conditions where self and others can flourish.
