Strategies for Supply Chain Digitalization gives you the skills to identify opportunities to transform and optimize your business supply chain by leveraging efficiency-driven technology. This program is offered jointly by IMD and GetSmarter.

The program explores the applications of digital initiatives, and how big data can equip business leaders with the ability to identify opportunities in a transformed supply chain. You’ll learn practices for restructuring the digital supply chain – with a focus on customer-centric services – to address changing consumer needs. On completion of the program, you’ll know how to approach transforming productionmanaging strategic sourcing, and optimizing your digital supply chain. Through exposure to case studies and real-world examples, you’ll also gain the skills to develop a digital supply chain roadmap.
