Mikołaj Jan Piskorski
Mikołaj Jan Piskorski, who often goes by the name Misiek, is a Professor of Strategy and Innovation at IMD. He is an expert on why and how people use various online social platforms across the world, and how firms can successfully leverage social platforms to build social strategies. He applies many of these insights to large organizations as they seek to become more agile and to use social networks to execute their strategies. He has documented this research in a book called A Social Strategy: How We Profit From Social Media, published by Princeton University Press in 2014.
Amit Joshi is a Professor of Digital Marketing, Strategy & Digital Media at IMD. He brings IMD extensive expertise in marketing management and strategy, advertising, digital media, data analytics and marketing accountability. Previously an award-winning professor and researcher at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Amit has interacted with a variety of corporate clients in several industries, including telecom, media, manufacturing, retailing, education and automobiles. He has also worked for Cadbury India Ltd., a company that is now a part of the Mondelez International group, India’s biggest confectionery manufacturer.
