The Executive Education Advisory Council (EEAC)

Be invited to shape IMD’s future as a member of the Executive Education Advisory Council (EEAC), an advisory board which reviews, shapes and influences the institute’s teaching and research activities. During this exclusive yearly gathering, designated representatives from CLN member companies meet to provide qualified feedback to IMD and identify how IMD can best serve their executive education needs.

I am leaving IMD feeling inspired, satisfied full of new ideas – and looking forward to coming back soon. The CLN team plays a paramount role in creating this feeling. The way you listen to us, take on board our feedback and move the discussion topics forward is extraordinary. It creates this respect and sense of bonding, and makes us want to be a true partner of IMD.

Eivind Slaaen

Global Head of People & Culture Development, HILTI

Our businesses are global in nature, and therefore leaders need to be able to understand global trends, global complexity and how they can genuinely lead global businesses in a profitable and sustainable way. IMD’s EEAC really talks to that.

Paddy Coyne

VP Talent and Development, Royal Dutch Shell/EEAC Chairman

The EEAC is an opportunity for customers to have an impact on what the school will focus on. As many of the Council members, I am very passionate about IMD, so it is also a chance to contribute to this wonderful school, and help them figure out what strategy to pursue to remain competitive.

Mads Ingholt

Head of Leadership Development, A.P. Moller-Maersk
