See LEAP Module X outline

You have had time to put your learnings into practice from the ground-breaking LEAP (Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice) and CLEAR (Cultivating Leadership Energy through Awareness and Reflection) programs. We now invite you to continue your leadership transformation journey with A CLEAR LEAP - Module X, a three-day follow-up.

This supplementary module available exclusively to LEAP and CLEAR alumni is your unique opportunity to recommit to what you learned during your program.

Deepen your leadership transformation through complimentary perspectives from both old and new friends.

Your goal - recommit to transformative leadership

The sessions, held over a long weekend at IMD’s beautiful lakeside campus in Lausanne Switzerland, include plenaries with Professor Jean-François Manzoni, Professor Shlomo Ben-Hur and Professor Susan Goldsworthy.

The intensive curriculum will plunge you back into the same rich seam of leadership content: the organizational, inter-personal and intra-personal dimensions of high-performance leadership, continuing your journey down the path to transformative leadership.

A CLEAR LEAP - Module X will also feature coaching and small-group work. The weekend will conclude with focused action planning to help you formulate a powerful action plan for your continued development over the coming 12 months.

Last but not least, there will also be time to reconnect on a more personal basis with other members of your cohort and to network with members of other LEAP and CLEAR classes.

Module X will conclude no later than 14:00 on Sunday, giving you time to catch flights and/or be back at the office on Monday.

We invite you to join us for this exciting new CLEAR LEAP forward in your leadership journey.
