You are in the earlier stages of your career, you have the talent, are progressing fast and beginning to face larger and more complex challenges as each day goes by. You want to develop a more complete skillset, understand how each business function works and get the confidence to lead people.

You are between 28-35 years old with around 5-10 years of business management experience. You are most likely currently operating as a functional expert, or a manager of a function or project. Alternatively, Building on Talent offers unique opportunities for entrepreneurs to further their business acumen and develop the fundamental business skills to drive their ventures forward.

We offer you an opportunity to learn and grow with a highly diverse group of like-minded individuals and top business professors with their fingers on the pulse of today's complex and disruptive environment.

Duration

6 weeks online + 2 weeks on campus + 6 weeks back at work. Offered three times a year.
