The world as we knew it before these unusual times, has changed.

Over the last couple of months, many people have had time to reassess their careers and the direction they would like to see more progression when things return to a new normal. The uncertainty has meant businesses have had to be innovative and rethink how they do things. Who will be involved in the new direction your business will take? What business models could lead to success?

In this session, we will talk about business model innovation, evaluate what the basic ingredients of successful business models are, and also consider a set of new business models that made some large (and small) companies successful. And more importantly, we will consider what individual levers - YOUR levers, could add value to the company and your future career.
