IMD alumni, INSEAD alumni and MIT alumni co-host an event with Dr Donald Lessard on “Creating integrated dynamic capabilities for project conception and execution through international corporate linkages and locally-grounded public-private partnerships”.


Dr. Donald R. Lessard's research interests are in global strategic management and project management, focused on energy and infrastructure, with emphasis on managing in the face of uncertainty, opportunity and risk. He has published extensively on these topics in academic and professional journals, is co-author of Strategic Management of large Engineering Projects: Shaping Institutions, Risks and Governance (MIT Press 2001 with Roger Miller), co-editor of the special issue of Elsevier’s Energy Strategy Reviews on Oil and Gas Strategy Innovation through Partnering (September 2014), and co-editor of an August 2016 special forum in the Global Strategy Journal on Dynamic Capabilities and the Multinational Firm.
