Understanding innovation and entrepreneurship is essential for leaders. Even in large corporations, a successful CEO must know what it takes to create and grow a business.
In a team of about 6 participants, you will work with an early-stage, high-tech venture and help it develop its business plan, validate its business model, or provide assistance to move the company to its next stage. You may even get the chance to develop your own entrepreneurial ideas.
- Since 2002, over 120 high-potential start-ups have worked with our MBA participants
- In Switzerland, over half the leading technology start-ups (in terms of funds raised) have worked with IMD MBA or EMBAs.
Start-up projects cover diverse sectors and issues, such as :
- Developing the market entry strategy for a biomedical product
- Re-engineering the value proposition for a medical device company
- Fine-tuning the value system for an SAP service company
- Identifying the channels to market a new loudspeaker technology
